This Privacy Policy explains how Pollen Log ("the App"), developed by crelve, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. Your privacy is important to us.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects and processes the following categories of information:
1.1 Data You Enter (Stored Locally on Device)
- Daily symptom records (eye itchiness, runny nose, sneezing, headache severity)
- Medicine names and effectiveness ratings
- Allergen selections (cedar, cypress, grass, ragweed, etc.)
- Notification time preferences
This data is stored locally on your device using Hive (a local database) and is NOT transmitted to external servers. It remains entirely on your device.
1.2 Analytics Data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics, including:
- App open frequency and session duration
- Feature usage patterns (screens visited, features used)
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
This data is anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is included. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
1.3 Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports when the App encounters an error, including:
- Device model and OS version
- App version at time of crash
- Stack trace and error logs (no personal data)
Crash reports help us identify and fix bugs. No symptom or health data is included in crash reports.
1.4 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (IDFA / device advertising identifier)
- IP address (used for regional ad targeting)
- App interaction data for ad performance measurement
Premium users who have removed ads are not subject to AdMob data collection. See Google Privacy Policy.
1.5 Purchase Data (RevenueCat)
In-app purchases and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes:
- Purchase transaction identifiers (from Apple)
- Subscription status and entitlements
- Anonymous app user ID
No payment card information is processed by RevenueCat or crelve. All payments are handled by Apple. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)
- Google AdMob (Advertising)
- RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
4. Medical Information
Your personal health records entered in the App (symptoms, medicines, allergens) are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to crelve or any third party. We cannot access, view, or share your health data.
The App is not a medical device. Information displayed is for personal reference only and should not replace professional medical advice.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your symptom data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the App. Analytics and crash report data is retained by Google per their data retention policies. Purchase data is retained by RevenueCat for the period required to manage subscriptions.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or App Store update notes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

本プライバシーポリシーは、crelveが開発する「Pollen Log（花粉ログ）」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の収集・利用・保護の方針を説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは以下の情報を収集・処理します。
1.1 ユーザーが入力するデータ（端末内にのみ保存）
- 毎日の症状記録（目のかゆみ・鼻水・くしゃみ・頭痛の重症度）
- 服用した薬の名前と効き目評価
- アレルゲン設定（スギ・ヒノキ・イネ科・ブタクサ等）
- 通知時刻の設定
これらのデータはHive（ローカルデータベース）を使用して端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーへは送信されません。
1.2 利用統計データ（Firebase Analytics）
Google Firebase Analyticsを使用して、以下の匿名の利用統計を収集します：
- アプリの起動頻度・セッション時間
- 機能の利用状況（閲覧した画面・使用した機能）

1.3 クラッシュレポート（Firebase Crashlytics）
Google Firebase Crashlyticsを使用して、アプリのエラー発生時に以下の情報を自動収集します：
- 端末の機種名・OSバージョン
- クラッシュ発生時のアプリバージョン
- スタックトレース・エラーログ（個人データは含まない）
クラッシュレポートはバグの発見・修正に使用されます。症状や健康データは含まれません。
1.4 広告データ（Google AdMob）
無料版ではGoogle AdMobによる広告が表示されます。AdMobが収集する情報：
- 広告識別子（IDFA・デバイス広告ID）
- IPアドレス（地域ターゲティング用）
- 広告パフォーマンス計測のためのアプリ操作データ

1.5 課金データ（RevenueCat）
アプリ内課金・サブスクリプション管理にRevenueCatを使用しています。RevenueCatが処理する情報：
- 購入トランザクション識別子（Apple提供）
- サブスクリプションのステータス・権限情報
- 匿名アプリユーザーID

4. 医療情報の取り扱い
本アプリに入力された個人の健康記録（症状・薬・アレルゲン情報）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。crelveおよびいかなる第三者もこれらのデータにアクセス・閲覧・共有することはできません。
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、表示される情報は個人の参考情報としてのみご利用ください。医療上の判断は必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
5. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
6. データの保持・削除
症状データはお使いの端末内に保存されており、アプリをアンインストールすることでいつでもすべてのデータを削除できます。Googleのアナリティクス・クラッシュデータはGoogleのデータ保持ポリシーに従い管理されます。RevenueCatの購入データはサブスクリプション管理に必要な期間保持されます。
7. お客様の権利
お住まいの地域の法令により、個人データへのアクセス・訂正・削除・移行などの権利を有する場合があります。権利を行使される場合は下記連絡先までご連絡ください。
8. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。重要な変更についてはアプリ内またはApp Storeのアップデートノートを通じてお知らせします。
