Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Pollen Log ("the App") operated by crelve. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 — About the Service

Pollen Log is a personal health-tracking application that allows users to:

The App is intended for personal health self-tracking and journaling only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.

Article 2 — User Registration

Pollen Log does not require user account registration. All symptom and health data entered is stored locally on your device. No personal account credentials are collected.

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Article 3 — Subscription & Premium Features

Pollen Log offers optional Premium subscriptions and a one-time purchase through Apple In-App Purchase:

Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Not Medical Advice: Pollen Log is designed for personal tracking and informational purposes only. The information and data logged in the App do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. crelve does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, crelve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Article 6 — Changes to Service

crelve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify users of material changes to these Terms through the App or via the App Store update notes.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「Pollen Log（花粉ログ）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条 — サービスの概要

Pollen Logは、以下の機能を提供する個人向け健康記録アプリです：

本アプリは個人の健康自己管理・記録を目的としたものです。医療機器ではなく、診断・治療の提案を行うものではありません。

第2条 — ユーザー登録

本アプリはアカウント登録不要でご利用いただけます。入力された症状データはすべてお使いの端末内にローカル保存され、外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。

本アプリを利用することで、利用者は13歳以上（またはお住まいの地域における適用最低年齢以上）であることを表明するものとします。

第3条 — サブスクリプション・プレミアム機能

本アプリはAppleのアプリ内課金を通じて、以下のプレミアムプランを提供しています：

自動更新について：月額・年額プランは、現在の課金期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。Apple IDアカウントに対して、課金期間終了の24時間以内に更新料金が請求されます。

キャンセル方法：サブスクリプションはいつでもApple IDのアカウント設定からキャンセルできます（設定 → [お名前] → サブスクリプション）。キャンセルは現在の課金期間終了後に有効になります。日割り返金は行いません。

価格は地域によって異なる場合があり、予告なく変更されることがあります。

第4条 — 禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します：

医療アドバイスではありません：本アプリは個人の健康記録・参考情報の提供を目的としたものです。記録・表示されるデータは医療アドバイス・診断・治療の代替となるものではありません。健康上の問題については、必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。

無保証：本アプリは現状のまま（"as is"）提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。当社は本アプリの完全性・継続性・安全性を保証しません。

責任制限：法律上認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの利用から生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害について責任を負わないものとします。

第6条 — サービスの変更

当社は予告なく本アプリの一部または全部を変更・停止・終了する権利を留保します。また、本規約を随時更新することがあります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

重要な規約変更についてはアプリ内またはApp Storeのアップデートノートを通じてお知らせします。
